MAGIC MIXIES CRYSTAL BALL LAUNCH AT SMYTHS

 

Brief:

Magic Mixies wanted to launch their new Crystal Ball toy at Smyths Toy Superstore with both a digital and physical activation - giving children the chance to experience real magic.

Solution:

We created a Magic Mixies attic where children could step into a magical world and discover the ‘real’ magic of the Crystal Ball toy with the help of kidfluencer magician Aidan McCann.

Activated in two parts, we first filmed a short promotional video to be used in the lead up to Christmas, and the second was to create and build an interactive physical experience where children and influencers could demo the product with Aidan.

205 free ‘Mixlings’ handed out over 5 hours
90% of children engaged with the whole toy process
Almost every family with a child stopped to take part in the activation
